ADOPT-A-WINDOW

We are in the midst of a HUGE project at the Farmhouse. As you know, the Farmhouse is old. And this old house has some old windows. And these old windows are beautifully laid in old wood. And this old wood was painted. And this old paint job needs updating! Please consider adopting one of our 40 lovely windows!

Our Farmhouse, original home to William and Rebecca Custer Lewin, (one of Royersford’s Founding Families), was built in 1860. It has six rooms on the first floor, five rooms on the second floor, and three rooms on the third floor. And 40 windows that need lots of TLC! (In fact more than $20,000 worth of TLC!)

You can adopt a window of your choosing, by going to www.sfahs.com. Click on “WINDOWS” and you will be directed to an event page to register for window adoption. Or, pick a size and mail your “adoption fee” to PO Box 312, Royersford, PA. 19468. Can’t commit to adoption? Consider fostering a window for $50. Can’t commit financially? Call Sandi VanBuren and offer to help with upcoming volunteer opportunities.
